Hand Rolled & Boiled Sourdough Bagels
What started out as just a hobby at home turned into a part time bagel delivery service in 2019. The demand for bagels in Indy was apparent as we were booked out for months. We leased a space in 2021 after a successful kickstarter campaign where we raised thousands of dollars for construction in merely weeks. We opened on Christmas Eve 2021 and have been boiling and baking ever since!
